John began his real estate career in 1991 as a broker with a boutique realty shop in the Vancouver commercial market. In 1994 he moved to Royal LePage Commercial and, in 1998, switched from brokerage to landlord/owner representation joining GWL Realty Advisors. Over the course of a15 year tenure, John held various roles including primary responsibilities in leasing and asset management.

John joined B.U.K. Investments in June 2013 as Vice President, Leasing and has been responsible for all aspects of leasing within the B.U.K. portfolio of properties. In August 2015 John was promoted to Senior Vice President.

Isaac joined B.U.K. in 1996 as Operations Supervisor and quickly demonstrated his abilities and operational strengths, progressing to Senior Property Manager for B.U.K.’s portfolio in B.C. With his on-going accomplishments he was promoted to Senior Vice President in July 2016.

Stephen has worked in the real estate industry since 2000 as an Accountant.  Over the years, he has attained his accounting designation and has gained valuable experience in residential and commercial property management accounting as well as property development accounting in British Columbia and Ontario.  Stephen joined B.U.K. in 2016 as Controller and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, and IT.
